The hotel began phased-reopening from July 2024 after a two year total renovation which also includes the 3 floors of event spaces. While the physical layout of the meeting spaces remains unchanged, the focus today is on enhancing service delivery and guest experience. And of course, state-of-the-art techonology and facilities.
Spanning over 5,100m2 across three levels, the hotel features 16 adaptable venues, including four uniquely designed ballrooms, each thoughtfully crafted to accommodate a wide range of events.
Care Stations, thoughtfully designed with delegate well-being in mind, offer a range of essentials such as cleansing wipes, mints, bandages, blankets, vitamins, stress balls, and more; ensuring guests feel supported throughout their event experience.
There is a growing demand for “white space” during events: moments that allow attendees to network, take calls, or catch up on emails, rather than being confined to a tightly packed schedule. And in Grand Hyatt Singapore there are plenty of them. All well thought, well designed.
