The 59th edition of TTG Travel Experience in Rimini marked a strong increase: + 25% of professional visitors compared to 2021. It seemed the full return to normality, in 2021 we wore masks and showed our Covid-19 passports to access the event and 2022, the feeling was of a regular event, like back in 2019. This even has been confirmed with the extraordinary media visibility of TTG in radio, television and social media with over 260 millions impacts.

And Jordan was the Partner Country in 2022 and presented during TTG 2022 its new tourism identity: The Kingdom of Time.

Tourism professionals have resumed creating value, in line with the new expectations of travelers, both in the leisure and business segments. The success of the 2022 edition confirms that travel is an asset in which people invest, because it generates cultural enrichment, physical well-being, growth of people and does so immediately and without constraints, «unbound» as the theme chosen for 2022 recalls.

I was especially happy to see two of my favorite countries in the world exhibiting and ready to receive tourists: Japan and Thailand:

Around 1.000 foreign buyers from 50 countries, mostly from the USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, South America and Canada, enhance on the incoming interest in cities of art, culture, food and wine, active tourism and the luxury segment.
20 Italian regions were also exhibiting and this was another focus area for visitors:

During TTG Travel Experience, over 200 events were held, with more than 250 speakers hosted in the seven arenas: from the use of digital technologies and the metaverse to space travel, to Vision +23, the highlight event to learn about the new languages of the consumer market.
Together with the most representative trade associations, from Federalberghi and all the sectors represented by Confturismo, to ASTOI, FTO, up to FAITA Federcamping, SIB, Fiavet, Assoviaggi and CNA, Assopiscine, the institutional partner ENIT, all the Regions, up to the world of research with ISNART, Politecnico di Milano and the CNR, market analysts IEG has built a calendar of meetings of high scientific and professional profile to understand and imagine new travel proposals on the retail circuit.
I cannot wait to be back in TTG Travel Experience 2023.
